The SoulLinkUp Houston chat line service (the “Service”) is a telephone-based social platform that allows adults 18 years of age or older to connect with other consenting adults in the Houston area. By accessing or using this Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for or use the Service.
This Agreement is between you and SoulLinkUp. By registering, calling, purchasing time, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms for as long as you remain a user of the Service.
These Terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility
The Houston chat line is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register or participate. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met.
Account Registration and Security
When you register, you may be assigned a membership number and asked to create a passcode. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your membership number and passcode, and for all activity conducted under your account.
You may not share, transfer, assign, or resell your account to any other person. Only one account per individual is permitted. If you believe your account security has been compromised, you must immediately update your passcode or contact customer support.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration remains accurate and current.
Personal Use of Service
Your participation in the Houston chat line is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Service to advertise, solicit, promote external services, collect personal data from other members, or distribute contact information of other users.
The Service is intended solely as a communication platform. SoulLinkUp does not guarantee matches, relationships, or specific outcomes from participation.
On-Phone Conduct
As a user of the Service, you are solely responsible for any content, recordings, greetings, or messages you create, transmit, or share through the platform.
You agree not to engage in conduct that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. You may not transmit material that violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
You agree not to impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or mislead other members. Any behavior that disrupts the integrity of the Service or compromises the experience of other Houston callers may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Service Suspension and Termination
Either you or SoulLinkUp may terminate your participation in the Service at any time. SoulLinkUp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate this Agreement or engage in behavior that is harmful, unlawful, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Service.
Termination may occur without refund of unused time where a violation has occurred.
Payments and Charges
Certain features of the Houston chat line may require payment. By purchasing time or services, you agree to pay all applicable charges associated with your account. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.
All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Pricing and payment terms may be updated at any time.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SoulLinkUp does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices or carriers.
You understand that interactions with other members occur at your own risk. SoulLinkUp is not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoulLinkUp disclaims liability for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
Privacy
Your use of the Houston chat line is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable United States laws. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
